摘要
介绍了新型乙苯脱氢制苯乙烯催化剂GS-08的性能和在工业装置上的应用结果,并将经17个月运转后拆卸下来的催化剂与新鲜催化剂的性能进行了比较。结果表明催化剂GS-08具有活性高、选择性和稳定性好的特点,工业装置上乙苯转化率在65％以上,苯乙烯选择性保持在97％以上,超过装置设计值及工业试验合同要求值。其综合性能达到了国际先进水平。
The properties and industrial application of GS-08 catalyst for ethyl benzene dehy-drogenation to styrene were introduced. The performance of the catalyst after running 17 months wascompared with that of the fresh catalyst. It was found that GS-08 catalyst had some characterizationssuch as high dehydrogenation activity, high selectivity and good stability. The ethyl benzene conversionremained higher than 65% and the styrene selectivity kept more than 97％, both of them were higherthan the design value and the contract required value in industrial running. Its comprehensive perfor-mance reached the world advanced level.
