摘要
讨论服装款式智能CAD 系统的设计原理.采用专家系统设计思想,对系统结构作了详细分析.整个系统进程及各子模块的协调由系统控制器控制,对知识库、色彩库、款式库的操作及对当前工作空间的管理,通过库管理及工作空间控制器实现.针对服装款式设计所涉及的知识面广及其多因素性、模糊性等特征,提出按经验性知识、规律性知识、结构性知识的分类描述方法,并采用由信息级、前提级、目标级、解答级四层组成的多级网型逻辑结构的知识库,推理机制设计中,采用有条件推理和形状推理,对款式图形提出了CSG 与BREP 的混合表示法,并给出了款式图形生成的算法和过程.本系统是在APOLLODN-580上用GMR软件实现的.
The design principle of garment pattern intelligence CAD system isdiscussed.With the design thinking of expert system,the system composition is minutelyanalysed.The procedure of the whole system and the coordination of every sub-block arecontrolled by the system controller,which operates the knowledge base,color base andpattern base and administering the current working space through the bases and workingspace controllers.In the interpretation of garment pattern design knowledge,consideringthe wide knowledge fields involved,multi-factors and fuzziness,the classified interpreta-tion method based on knowledges of empiric,regularity and structure is proposed.Ac-cording to this classified expression,the knowledge base is of multi-step,net-type logicstructure which comprises four steps namely information,premise,goal and solution.Inthe design of inference procedure,conditional inference and shape inference areused.Practically a two-step control procedure is adopted,i.e.macro-control andmicro-control.As to the pattern graphic the CSG and BREP mixed presentation is sug-gested,meanwhile,the algorithm and procedure of pattern graphic are given.(attachedis the resulted pattern graphic printed out by the system.)This system is implemented onan APOLLO DN-580 with GMR software.
