多相连续反应高酯化率合成甲基丙烯酸甲酯过程研究 被引量:3

The Preparation Process of Methyl Methacrylate with High Esterification by Using a Three Phase Fixed Bed Unit

摘要 报道了采用强酸性阳离子交换树脂为催化剂,甲基丙烯酸和甲醇气-液-固三相连续反应高酯化率合成甲基丙烯酸甲酯的反应条件和阻聚方法。采用连续三相固定床反应器、大孔阳离子交换树脂催化剂、对苯二酚和空气复合阻聚系统进行酯化反应,甲基丙烯酸的转化率和甲基丙烯酸甲酯的选择性均在99.5%以上。并通过采用简单的催化剂再生,保证了反应连续平稳长周期运行。 The reaction conditions and inhibition method for the preparation process of methyl methacrylate was studied.The catalyst used in the reaction was a strong acid type cation exchange resin, the inhibition system was air and p - dihydroxy - benzene and the reaction was carried out in a gas - liquid - solid three phase fixed bed unit. The conversion and the selectivity for MMA were 99.5% respectively when using methacrylic acid and methanol as the raw materials. This paper also provided a simple regeneration method that would ensure the reaction conduct with stable state in a longer period.
