摘要
以 8 -硝基喹啉为原料 ,用铁粉作还原剂 ,氯化铵和浓盐酸作为电解质的来源 ,制备 8-氨基喹啉 ,还原转化率和选择性有明显提高 。
aminoquainoline was prepared from 8-nitroquinoline under reduction of iron powder by the concentrated hydrochloric acid and ammonium chloride as medium. The product was characterized by IR spectrumetry.The yield and selectivity of the product were remarkbly increased.
