摘要
选择Al90 Fe5Ce5和Al83 Zn7Ce1 0 非晶合金来研究铝基非晶合金的微观结构的特点和微观结构的演变 .在Al90Fe5Ce5非晶合金中 ,发现亚稳Al6 Fe相与被铝相包裹的二十面体准晶相共存 .在Al83 Zn7Ce1 0 非晶合金中 ,金属间化合物Al2 ZnCe2 为凝固过程中的初生相 .金属间化合物Al2 ZnCe2 可以伴随纳米晶粒铝的晶化而析出 .抑制在冷却过程中所形成的各种晶核的成长是铝基合金具有很强的非晶形成能力的主要原因 .
The Al 90 Fe 5Ce 5 and Al 83 Zn 10 Ce 7 alloys were analyzed for studying the microstructural characteristic and evolution. In addition to the icosahedral phase surrounded by the Al phase, the metastable Al 6Fe phase is finely distributed in the matrix of the amorphous Al 90 Fe 5Ce 5 alloy. In Al 83 Zn 10 Ce 7 alloy, the stable intermetallic compounds Al 2ZnCe 2 form as the primary phase during solidification. The precipitation of nanocrystals of Al was accompanied by the intermetallic compound Al 2ZnCe 2. The suppression of growth of nuclei of various phases formed during rapid melt quenching leads to the high glass formation ability. The competitive nucleation and growth limitation of the various phases contribute to the complex microstructures characteristic of the Al based alloys.
