摘要
研究了 X6 5管线钢焊接接头的显微组织和力学性能。试验结果表明 ,该钢焊接接头焊缝为典型的铁素体和少量的珠光体组织 ,HAZ(热影响区 )含有侧板条铁素体。焊接接头的拉伸试验断裂部位在焊缝。焊接 HAZ熔合线附近的硬度值最高 ,远离熔合线硬度降低 ,并逐渐接近母材金属的硬度。从冲击结果和上述的硬度结果可以看出 ,焊接接头有良好的冲击韧性。焊缝和母材属于“低强度”匹配。焊接接头和母材都具有良好的力学性能 。
The micro-structure and mechanical properties of X65 pipeline steel jointer weld were studied. The test result shows that jointer weld is typically ferrite and pearlite structure, HAZ contains side strip ferrite. The tensile test fracture area locates on weld seam, and the hardness near HAZ fusion line is the highest, away from the fusion line, the hardness declines and reach the parent metal hardness. The impact result and above hardness result show that the impact toughness value of jointer weld is good, weld seam and parent metal are “low strength”matched, the mechanical properties of weld and parent metal are good, the fracture toughness of weld is better than HAZ.
