摘要
“生命线”论断源于国际共运史上对思想政治工作地位和作用的高度形象概括。在社会主义建设时期,“生命线”的含义是指思想政治工作为其他工作提供思想保证、精神动力和智力支持作用。“生命线”论断内涵的科学性在于:思想政治工作是做好其他工作的必要保证,但并非唯一原因,更非“政治挂帅”,思想政治工作只有渗透和服务于其他工作,才能真正体现它的价值。
The comparison of ideological and political work to'lifeblood'is the crystallization of the historical experience of the international communist movement.It vividly summarizes the status and function of our Partys ideological and political work.In the period of socialist constructio n,'lifeblood'means that ideological and political work functions as the ideological guarantee,spiritual impetus and intellectual support for all other work.Its scien tific connotation lies in the fact th at ideological and po-litical work is a necessary guarante e of better work,but not a only factor.Only by penetrating and serving oth er work,is it possible for ideolgical and politic al work to give a true experssion to it s value.
