摘要
采用固定床连续反应器,研究对氯甲苯和氯气常压下在NaKL沸石催化剂上一步直接选择性定向氯化合成2,4-二氯甲苯。在微型反应器(=1cm)及放大反应装置(=4cm)中分别对反应温度、气体流量、液态空速、催化剂配比等进行优化。在适宜的催化剂组成及操作条件下对氯甲苯转化率达75%以上,2,4-二氯甲苯收率在55%以上,2,4-二氯甲苯与3,4-二氯甲苯质量比最高可达4 72。催化剂催化活性、选择性较高,具有较高的工业应用价值。
One-step direct regio-selective chlorination synthesis of 2, p -dichlorotoluene from p -chorotoluene( p -CT) and gaseous chlorine at atmospheric pressure was investigated over NaKL-zeolite catalysts on a fixed bed continuous reactor.Reaction temperature,gaseous chlorine flow rate,4-chlorotoluene liquid feed speed and catalysts composition were optimized respectively on a micro reactor (=1 cm) and a larger reactor(=4 cm).It is found that under the optimum catalyst composition and reaction conditions the conversion of p -CT reaches over 75%;the yield of 2,4-dichlorotoluene,55%;the selectivity (mass ratio of 2,4-DCT/3,4-DCT),4 72 The catalyst had higher activity and selectivity, and had good industrial application value.?
