摘要
对已经过多次改造的仪化聚酯九单元第一酯化反应器 14 2 7R0 1作了传热计算和分析 ,核算出其改造后的传热系数 ,对传热系统的继续改造提供了理论依据 ;同时 ,根据计算分析结果 。
Material balance and reaction heat have been calculated and analyzed for esterification reactorⅠ.And Heat transfer coefficient is accounted after system improvement.Scientific basis for improving heat transfer system is provided.In the mean time,the plan for improving heat transfer system and capacity enlarging of esterification reactorⅠ are offered in this thesis.
