L—精氨酸对大鼠运动能力影响的研究——对一次力竭性运动能力的影响 被引量:14

摘要 为研究L—精氨酸对运动能力的影响,采用6~8周龄雄性SD大鼠38只,分为运动+L—精氨酸20 mg/kg.w组(A组,11只)、运动+L—精氨酸40 mg/kg.w组(B组,6只)、运动+生理盐水组(C_1组,11只)和静止对照组(C_2组,10只)。进行不同剂量L—精氨酸或生理盐水灌胃对一次力竭性运动能力及运动后血清中的睾酮、皮质醇、环磷酸鸟苷(cGMP)、血尿素水平的测定。结果是:服用B组大鼠的运动时间明显长于A组和C_1组,睾酮下降幅度降低(A组、C_1组明显低于C_2组P<0.05,而B组差异未达到显著性水平P>0.05),但是各运动组间的皮质醇、cGMP、血尿素(NU)水平差异未达到显著性差异水平,(P>0.05)。结果表明:服用L—精氨酸可以减少运动后血尿素水平升高幅度,达到一定剂量后,可改善机体运动能力,使睾酮水平下降的幅度减小,但是对皮质醇、cGMP水平无明显影响。 The effect of L-arginine on male SD rats' swimming capacity was studied.38 rats of 6~8 weeks old were randomly divided into swim+20mg L-arginine/kg.w (group A,11),swim+40 mg L-arginine/kg.w (group B,6),swim+ physiologic saline (group C1,11),and sedentary control (group C2,10).The rats were poured L-arginine or physiologic saline into stomach,then swam to exhaustive.The serum testosterone,Cortisol,cGMP,BUN were measured and the swimming time was recorded.The conclusions were that L-arginine could abate the increase of BUN level after exhaustive swimming,when L-arginine intaking reached to a certain volume (group B) it could increase the swimming time and block the decrease of testosterone level after exhaustive swimming,and L-arginine had no significant effect on the level of cGMP and Cortisol among the swimming groups.
