心机械图血流动力学微机自动监测系统的设计与应用

摘要 本文报道作者自行设计软件程序与接口,将修复后的生理记录仪与AppleⅠ型微机进行联机监测,组成一个全自动无创性血流动力学智能化监测系统。多道生理记录仪将同步的心电、心音、心尖搏动和颈动脉搏动图输入计算机,进行测量及计算分析,最后打印诊断报告。可自动分析诊断24种心功能状态。通过临床110例应用表明其与临床综合观察诊断符合率达98/%,人机采点相关系数为0.90,人机分析相关系数为0.98,能满足临床及科研要求。 The device consisting of repaired physiolgical recorder and APPle-Ⅱ microcomputers is a system of non-invasive automatic monitoring of cardiac function and hemodynamics with intellectual faculties, capable of processing cardiac messages sent from the multiple polygraph system through microcomputers, including sampling, measurement, calculation, analysis, diagnosis as well as stamping and marking reports. In clinical Practice, this derice has been recognized as an advanced system, which is highly Pratical and widely applicable in many technical aspects.
