摘要
利用螺旋锥齿轮数控铣齿机,取消滚刀不但可以加工圆锥齿轮和准双曲面齿轮,还可以加工圆柱齿轮。该方法是通过刀盘一面旋转,一面平移可形成产形齿条(媒介齿条)的原理来实现的。为此,引入产形齿条固连坐标系和刀盘固连坐标系。当刀盘绕固连坐标系x轴旋转时,形成圆锥面;斜齿圆柱齿轮则是圆锥产形齿条作平移,圆柱齿轮作转动时的包络面。同时,导出了该方法的圆锥的锥面方程,斜齿轮啮合方程和齿面方程。
After removing hob on CNC helical bevel gear milling machine with bevel gear with helical tooth, it machined not only the bevel gears or double curved surface gears, but also the cylindrical gears as well. While the cutter rotating and moving at one time, and forming the medium gear, gears machining was implemented with this method. Therefore, the coordination system that fixed on the medium gear and the cutter was introduced. When cutter rotates about x axis of the coordination system, the cone was formed, and the tooth of cylindrical gears was the envelope formed when the medium gear moving and the cylindrical gear rotating. The taper surface equations of the taper gears, tooth-coupling equations of bevel gears with helical tooth and the tooth surface equations were deduced at the same time.
