摘要
原硝基苯装置的蒸汽及冷凝回水系统用能不合理。通过增上喷射式热泵,并对系统进行相应改造,使蒸汽及循环水消耗大幅度下降,降低了产品硝基苯及其下游产品苯胺的生产成本,取得了显著的经济效益。
The steam and condensation backwater system of original nitrobenzene installation is unreasonable on energy using. Consume of steam and circle water reduced largely by using jet cool re-ductor and reconstructing system. It has made remarkable economy benefit, because of declining the produce cost of nitrobenzene and aniline.
