摘要
随着医疗保险制度改革的逐步到位和高校后勤服务社会化进程的加快,为适应社会主义市场经济下专业化管理的大趋势,各级教育行政管理部门要重新审视各高校的医疗卫生机构,予以职责划分和专业定位;高校的医疗卫生机构自身也应认清形势,迎接挑战,拓宽业务范围,向社区服务靠拢,寻求自身的发展空间。
With the gradual realization of medicare system and the quickening of the socialization of logistics of colleges and universities, all-level education administrations should survey again the medical treatment organizations of colleges and universities, divide up the duties and responsibilities and locate each specialty to adapt to the great tendency of specialization administration in socialism market economy. Medical treatment organizations should also see clearly the situation, broaden operation range, close to community service to seek its own developing room.
