对合同的订立、合同的效力、合同权利的行使及合同纠纷的解决等方面如何体现合同自愿原则进行了分析。
This paper analyses how to incarnate the unconstraint principle of contracts in the concluding, effectiveness, rights of contracts and in solving disputes, etc.
