摘要
在各种温度和时间条件下 ,将本实验室纺的 PAN原丝进行连续化学改性处理 ,借助 IR光谱、DSC、TG、X射线衍射等分析方法 ,选出了最佳的改性温度和改性时间 ,并对化学改性的原丝、预氧丝的性能进行了初步探讨。得出结论 :化学改性能缩短预氧环化时间 ,缓解纤维的放热和吸热 ,优质原丝应具有高纯度、高强度、高取向度性质。本课题希望通过对原丝进行化学改性的方法 。
The modified PAN precursor was prepared with KMnO 4 at the conditions of variable temperatures and times. Stabilization processes of its preoxidation and carbonization were researched. The optimum pretreatment conditions were found by using the IR and DSC or TG and other analysis. PAN precursor has been used as the precursor for making high-performance carbon fibers. The precursor with high quality should have high tensile, high preferred orientation and so on which needs fewer flaws inside carbon fiber and fewer surface flaws on the fiber. PAN fibers pretreated with potassium permanganate could reduced the time required for stabilization.
