摘要
在前人降解壳聚糖的方法的基础上 ,通过异相法用 H2 O2 、Na NO2 降解壳聚糖得到了一系列分子量从几千到几万的低分子量壳聚糖 ,并就降解过程中反应温度、反应物浓度等条件对最终产物分子量的影响作了深入讨论 ,还就降解前后壳聚糖分子结构的变化、结晶状态的变化作了测试。结果表明 ,在 4 0℃左右 ,H2 O2 用量 2 .5 % ,约 2 4 h可以将原分子量 60万的壳聚糖降低到 2~ 4万 。
The molecular weight of chitosan ranged from hundred thousands to millions, this large molecular weight bring on many problems in some applied fileds. In order to obtain the low molecular weight chitosan, heterogeneous reaction into the degradation of chitosan was introduced by using H 2O 2 and NaNO 2. The influences of various reaction conditions on the molecular weight of products were discussed. And the changing of molecular structure, crystallization were tested by FT-IR and WAXD. The results show that by using 2.5% H 2O 2, the chitosan with 6×10 5 molecular weight can be degraded to 2×10 4~4×10 4 at about 40 ℃ in 24 h which can satisfy the requirement of low molecular weight chitosan.
