摘要
综述了近年来制备空心聚合物乳胶粒子的四种基本方法和研究成果 ,即碱溶胀法、酸 /碱逐步处理法、非水溶剂挥发法和 W/ O/ W乳液聚合法。着重分析了各种方法的成孔机理和影响因素 ,并简要介绍了空心乳胶粒子的应用领域 。
The four methods for the preparation of hollow polymer latex particles with 24 reference and the investigation were reviewed. Related four methods are alkali/cooling method, stepwise acid/alkali treatment, extraction of non-water solvent and W/O/W emulsion polymerization. The mechanism and main factors of pore generation in these methods were discussed in detail. In addition, the applications of hollow polymer latex particles were summarized and the praticability of hollow polymer particles used in damping materials was analyzed.
