摘要
自增强处理能使器壁应力分布均匀 ,大大提高承载能力 ,降低平均应力 ,延长疲劳寿命 ,因此 ,愈来愈多的高压、超高压厚壁圆筒容器都采用自增强处理。文中较详细地分析了茂名石化公司高压聚乙烯反应器自增强处理后器壁的应力分布状况。
The self-enhancement treatment made the shell wall stress distribate uniformly,the load capacity greatly raise,the average stress reduce and the fatigue life prolong.So that,more and more high pressure,extra high pressure thick wall cylinder vessels adopted the self-enhancement treatment.The stress distribution situation of vessel wall after self-enhancement treatment for high pressure polyethylene reactor in Maoming petrochemical company was analyzed in detail in this paper.The analysis result showed the effect of self-enhancement treatment to the full.
