目的 探讨人血清中甘露聚糖特异的IgG、IgM类抗体 (M IgG、M IgM )在生理和病理状况下的变化和意义。 方法 建立ELISA检测不同年龄正常人群和SLE、肾脏疾病、肿瘤患者血清中的M IgG、M IgM水平。 结果 老年组M IgG水平显著高于少儿组 ,P <0 0 1。老年组M IgM水平显著低于少儿组、中青年组 ,P <0 0 0 1。各疾病组与正常对照组相比M IgG、M IgM显著降低 (P <0 0 0 1)。结论 检测M IgG、M
Objective To explore the variation of anti-mannan specific IgG and IgM(M-IgG,M-IgM)antibodies in human serum of physiologic or pathologic states.Methods The M-IgG,M-IgM antibodies levels in the sera of normal individuals with different ages and patients with SLE,renal disease and tumor were detected by ELISA.Results There was a significant difference of M-IgG antibodies levels between senile and juvenile group (P<0.001).The M-IgM antibodies levels in senile group were significantly lower than the other groups.There was a significant difference of M-IgG and M-IgM antibodies between the groups with different diseases and healthy subjects.Conclusion M-IgG and M-IgM antibodies may be useful for evaluation of non-specific immunity of patients.
