摘要
目的 :探讨高频声像图与彩色多普勒血流显像 (CDFI)对乳腺良恶性肿块的诊断价值。方法 :将乳腺肿块分为 3组 ,即乳癌、乳腺纤维腺瘤、乳腺增生病 ,对 2 88例经手术、病理证实为乳癌、乳腺纤维腺瘤、乳腺增生病的高频声像图与CDFI表现进行分析。结果 :良恶性肿块的高频声像图 ,如肿块的边界、内部回声、肿块数目、钙化、衰减及彩色血流 ,均有不同的特征性表现 ,但也有一部分有重复交叉的表现。本组超声诊断与病理诊断的符合率分别为 :乳癌 88.3% ,乳腺纤维腺瘤 84 % ,乳腺增生症 81%。结论 :高频声像图结合CDFI对乳腺肿块的诊断 ,符合率高 。
Aim: To evaluate the diagnostic role of high frequency ultrasonography (HFU) and CDFI for breast tumor. Methods: A total of 288 cases of breast tumor were allocated into 3 groups:breast cancer,breast fibroadenoma,and adenosis of breast. HFU and CDFI results for 3 groups were reviewed and compared retrospectively. Results: The benign and malignant tumors of breast have different and typical represent of HFU,such as tumor boundary, internal echo, mononode and multinode, calcification, attenuation and CDFI. Some patients have crossed represent of HUF and CDFI. The corresponding rate of breast cancer,breast fibroadenoma and adenosis of breast were 88.3%,84%,and 81%,respectively. Conclusion: HUF combined with CDFI are useful in diagnosis of both male and female breast tumor.
