摘要
在Wister大鼠的离体心脏上进行观察,以主动脉流量、冠脉流量、心输出量、每搏输出量、脉压、左室最高压、左室舒末压、室内压最大上升与最大下降速率等9项参数为心肌收缩性能的指标。100μg/ml人参二醇组皂甙与人参三醇组皂甙均使心肌收缩性能立即减弱,后者的作用比前者强。洗脱后,各项指标迅速恢复Ca^(2+)8μ/ml或肾上腺素0.01μg/ml均可使两种人参皂甙的作用逆转。同法应用2.66μg/ml尼莫地平时,心肌收缩性能的表现相似。以上结果表明人参二醇组与人参三醇组皂甙均有钙通道阻滞作用,且后者比前者的作用强。
Observations were made on isolated working heart of Wistar rats, taking 9 parameters including ABF, CBF, CO, SV, PP, LVSP, LVEDP, +dP/dtmax, - dP/dtmax as indexes. 100μg/ml PDS and PTS reduced the myocardial contractility, PTS was more effective than PDS. After washing out , all the indexes recovered. Both Ca2+ 8μg/ml and adrenaline 0. 01μg/ml were able to convert the effects of PDS and PTS. When 2. 66μg/ml nimodipine was used in the same way , the myocardial contractility appeared in the same manner. The above results indicated that both PDS and PTS have calcium channel blockade action, while the later was more effective than the former.
