摘要
文章从地勘单位现状入手 ,充分论述了地勘单位内部事企分体运行的必要性、分体运行的措施及分体运行后的效果 ,提出了事企分体运行是加快实行企业化经营的阶段性措施的观点 。
The paper discusses the necessities, measures, and results that emerge when institutions and enterprises are run separately in the scheme of geological and prospecting units. It points out that separation is a useful measure for improving enterprise operation, and suggests methods of how to best deal with the relations between institutions and enterprises.
