摘要
属干旱半干旱山区的甘肃定西县九华沟流域 ,从上游到下游、从坡面到沟道 ,建成了完整的径流调控体系 ,把导致水土流失的降雨径流变为产业结构调整、侵蚀劣地改造、发展高效农林牧业的有效水资源。通过综合治理、综合开发 ,流域生态环境明显改观 ,治理程度达到 86 3 % ,年土壤侵蚀模数由 5 40 0t/km2 降低到 915t/km2 ,林草覆盖率由 2 4%提高到 5 7 1% ,经济效益稳步增长 。
The Jiuhuagou watershed, located in the arid and semi arid mountainous region of Dingxi County in Gansu Province, has established a completed system for runoff regulation and control, from the upper stream to the downstream and from slopes to gullies. It has turned the rainfall and runoff that used to cause soil and water loss into effective water resources for readjusting industrial structure, improving eroded lands and developing high efficiency agriculture, forestry and animal husbandry. Through comprehensive treatment and development, the ecological environment of the basin has been remarkably improved, the treated degree reached 86.3%, annual erosion modulus reduced from 5 400 t/km 2 to 915 t/km 2, the coverage rate of vegetation increased from 24% to 57.1%, economic benefits steadily increased and social benefits is remarkable.
