摘要
在唐王朝建立之初 ,以李世民为首的统治集团 ,除了锐意进行政治体制改革外 ,还非常注意经济立法 ,并用法律手段对土地赋役、手工业生产、商业贸易诸方面进行干预 ,从而不仅为经济的发展提供了有力的保障 。
During the early period of the Tang dynasty,Li Shimin ruling clique played an important part in economic legislation. Besides reforming the political system,they interfered in the land tenant tax,the handicraft production and business trade with laws, which not only provided strong protection for the economic development but also provided great material supplies for the foundation of 'the regime of Zhen Guan'and the development of Tang dynasty.
