介绍了废纸回收利用在国内的发展现状 ,指出提高回收利用率是扩大产业规模 ,实现经济、社会、环境三者效益之间的统一 ,实现可持续发展的重要途径。
The paper introduces the current state of the development of waste paper recovery and use,and points that increasing the recovery and use ratio is the main way to enlarge the industial scale,carry out the unify of economic benefit,social benefit and environmental benefit and sustainable development.
