摘要
目的:了解年龄、性别和药物治疗对带状疱疹患者预后的影响。方法:522例患者按年龄分为3组:≤20岁为青少年组,21-60岁为成年组,≥61岁为老年组。用SPSS10.0 for Windows软件对临床资料进行统计学分析。结果:①青少年组与老年组比较,其病程较短（(?)±sx,d,分别为17.341±0.660和19.244±0.530,P<0.05）,且停发新疹时间、水疱干涸时间、止痛时间、住院时间等方面均较老年组短（分别为2.462±0.950,6.607±0.270,8.811±0.470,14.431±0.630和2.741±0.090,7.357±0.220,12.037±0.430,16.325±0.530,P均<0.01）;成年组与老年组比较,两者以上各项差异均无显著性（P均>0.05）;②成年组和老年组三叉神经受累者较青少年组为多（分别为22.2％,25％,6.9％）,而颈神经受累者较少（分别为10.3％,7.4％,27.8％）;③后遗神经痛（PHN）的发生率为6.9％,老年组发生率最高为14.87％,明显高于另两组（P<0.01）。结论:21岁以上的患者与20岁以下的患者相比,具有病情重、皮损恢复慢、三叉神经受累者较多、疼痛持续时间及病程较长的特点。老年患者更易发生PHN。
Objective: To study age, sex and medicine cure to prognostic influence of patients with herpes-zoster(HZ) . Methods: 522 cases were divided into three groups; ^20 years old for teenager group,21-60 years old for adult group, ≥61 years old for agedness group. The SPSS10.0 for windows software was used for statistical analysis of the clinical data. Results: (1)The mean number days of teenager group was shorter than that of the agedness group in the course of disease ( x ±s x, days, 17 .341±0.660 and 19.244±0.530, respectively, P < 0.05 ) , and all shorter than the agedness group in the days that the new skin lesion did not take place,the days of vesicles dried up, the days required for relief of pain(x±sx,days,2.462±0.950,6.607±0.270,8.811 ±0.470,14.431±0.630 and 2.741±0.090,7 .357±0.220,12. 037± 0.430,16.325±0.530, respectively, P < 0.01 ), and the adult group was compared with the agedness group,two groups above various subject to not significant difference ( P > 0.05 ) ; (2) The patients of adult and agedness groups involved in the trigeminal nerve were more than the teenager group(22.2% , 25% , 6.9% respectively) ,and in the neck nerve were littler than the teenager group(10.3% ,7.4%, 27 .8% .respectively) .(3)The occurrence rate of post-herpet-ic-neuralgia(PHN) was 6.9% . That in the agedness group was the tallest for 14.87% and obvious higher than another two groups( P < 0.01) . Conclusion: The patients of 35 21 years old compared with the patients of ≤20 years old, to have characteristics of the symptom of the patients are more heavy, the skin lesion recovers slower, patients involved in the trigeminal nerve are more, and duration of pain and course of HZ is longer. Agedness occurs easily PHN.
