摘要
目的 :通过对比冠状动脉造影结果 ,探讨女性冠心病 (CHD)的临床特点 ,以便提高诊断率。方法 :将临床诊断为CHD的 30例女性患者 ,均行冠状动脉造影检查 ,对比分析女性CHD患者的临床表现、心绞痛分型、冠状动脉造影以及对冠心病临床诊断的相符程度 ,以期降低女性冠心病的误诊率。结果 :女性冠心病的临床误诊率较高 ,可达 4 3 3%。结论 :女性冠状动脉病变一般较轻 ,冠状动脉造影所见与临床符合率较低 。
Objective:Comparing the result of CAG with the clinical characteristics of CHD,so to increase the correct diagnosis rate for CHD.Methods:To make integrated analysis clinical symptoms,types of angina as well as CAG among 30 Female cases to find the clinical diagnosis match case,hopefully to reduce the wrong diagnosis for CHD.Result:The mistakes of diagnosis for CHD shows higher in clinical practice,reaching to 43.3%.Conclusion:Generally,the pathological change in female cases is light.The CAG shows that the rate of match case in clinical practice is much lower.The diagnosis specialty with Cardiogram Movement Load Test for CHD is unsatisfied.
