摘要
阐述甲基丙烯酸接枝改性环氧树脂的制备方法 .研究以环氧树脂为母体 ,甲基丙烯酸为接枝单体 ,自由基接枝聚合的工艺条件 ,确定接枝单体用量、引发剂用量、接枝反应温度、引发剂分解温度 ,并考察这些因素对水溶性环氧树脂接枝率的影响 .最后通过红外光谱分析 。
This paper elaborates the course of study and the method of synthesis of water-soluble epoxy-methacrylic acid (MAA) graft copolymer. The technological condition of free radical graft copolymerization with epoxy resin being matrix and MAA being grafting monomer is studied. The quantity of grafting monomer and initiator, graft reaction temperature, the decomposing temperature of initiator are determined, and the effect of these factors on grafting ratio of the copolymer is investigated. Finally, the structure of grafting epoxy copolymer is proved by analyzing IR.
