摘要
高师体育教学是实践性较强的教学活动,通过教学活动不仅要增强体质,增进健康,提高学生的身体素质,还要使学生在体育知识、技术、技能、体育能力等方面得到发展。传统体育教学只注重知识、技术的教学,忽视体育能力培养,这是不能实现素质教育的目标。只有了解体育能力的内容,重视体育能力培养,才能更好地实施素质教育,从而培养出合格人才。
Traditional physical teaching only lays stress on the impartment of knowledge and technology, and ignores developing physical power, which is opposed to the object of realizing quality education. Only knowing the content of physical power and attaching importance to the forstering of it, can the quality education be better realized and the qualified personnel be forstered.
