Influence of Combinative Surgery with Transection and Shunt on Tummy Bug Due to Portal Hypertension

摘要 目的 :探讨断流加分流联合手术对门静脉高压性胃病 (PHG)的影响。方法 :观测比较 4 8例门静脉高压症病人联合手术前后PHG、FPP(自由门静脉压 )、PVF(门静脉血流量 )的变化及术后肝性脑病、再出血的发病情况。结果 :术后 ,这些病人的PHG发病率、FPP、PVF均显著下降 ,术后 3例病人发生肝性脑病 ,2例病人出现再出血。结论 :联合手术可降低门静脉高压症病人PHG的发生率 ,术后肝性脑病发病率及再出血率较低。
