摘要
应用氯化汞对水螅细胞重聚体进行了毒性作用的研究。结果表明,氯化汞浓度在0.1ppm 以下时,对重聚体的形态以及生长发育不产生影响,当浓度达到0.2ppm 时则发生重聚体细胞的分离,以致最终解体。而重聚体的解离时间与氯化汞浓度密切相关。
This paper studied HgCl_2 toxicity on the Hydra reaggregation.The result showed that the minimum effective concentration of HgCl_2,which Hydra reaggregate was disociated,was 0.2ppm.The dissociation time of a reaggregate closely related with the concentration of HgCl_2.Thus,it is Possible that the heavy metal element of industurial waste water was rapidly detected and evaluated with the change of hydra reaggregation.
