本文从传统文化对人的本体性解释入手 ,结合现代法权制度的实质分析 ,进一步阐明了法权文化的本质 ,并最终从传统与现代共有的文化本质中认识到“法治”与“德治”
Based on the ralationship between 'Rule by virtue'and 'Rule by law',this paper probes into the essence of Right Culture with considering the analysis of the culture of modern right system and concludes it is a matter of neccesity that 'Rule by virtue'and'Rule by law' exist simaltaneonusly.
