摘要
用高锰酸钾为引发剂,将纤维素与丙烯酸进行接枝聚合,研究接枝聚合反应工艺条件对接枝率的影响。结果表明:高锰酸钾浓度、预处理温度和时间、硫酸浓度、丙烯酸浓度、反应温度和时间均与接枝率有关;反应中选择高锰酸钾浓度0.003mol/L、预处理温度60℃和时间10min、硫酸浓度0.2mol/L、丙烯酸浓度2mol/L、反应温度60℃和时间5h,纤维素接枝率可达35%。
By using KMnO4 as an initiator,cellulose was polymerized with acrylic acid. The effect of the process conditions of graft polymerization on the graft yield was studied.The result has showed that the process conditions such as KMnO4 concentration,pretreating temperature and time, the concentrations of H2SO4 and AA,react temperature and time,etc.has something to do with graft yield.The graft yield of cellulose can be up to 35 under the conditions of KMnO4 concentration of 0.003 mol/L, pretreating temperature of 60℃ and time of 10 min,the the concentrations of H2SO4 and AA of 0.2 mol/L and 2 mol/L respectively and react temperature of 60℃.
