摘要
本文分析了全球化形势下人力资源能力建设对社会发展的重要意义,提出加大投资,强化人力资源占有能力、优化能力、开发能力、激活能力是加强人力资源能力建设的主要途径,并就相应的内容、研究方向及效果评价加以说明。
The article analyses the important signifi cance the ability construction of human resource makes to the social development ,puts forward the main paths to enhance the ability construction of hu-man re source:enlarg ing the investment in abili ty construction,strengthening the ability of human re-source,such as ability of possession,ability of opti mization,ability of development and ability of activa-tion,and points out related content ,re search direction and result evaluation.
