摘要
以柔性夹具的发展为主线,深入探讨了柔性夹具的研究和开发方向,阐述了组合夹具的发展情况及其关键技术——计算机辅助夹具设计（Computer-Aided Fixture Design,CAFD）的研究领域和研究方法,介绍了10年中夹具的最新发展动态和发展成果.全文包括5个方面:夹具设计的基本步骤;柔性夹具的研究与开发;CAFD的发展状况;自动夹具设计（Automated Fixture Design,AFD）的概述;总结.
The direction of research and development of the flexible fixture based on the advanced technology is discussed deeply. The situation of the modular fixture, the range and the methodologies of CAFD are also stated. New research successes and trends in recent ten years are presented. This paper is made up of five parts, namely, the fundamental steps of the fixture design, the research and the development of the flexible fixtures, the current state of the computer-aided fixture design, the summarization of the automated fixture design, and the conclusion.
