摘要
目的 介绍一种条件简单 ,生长良好的海马神经元培养方法。方法 急性分离及原代培养海马神经元 ,并用膜片钳全细胞记录方法观察培养好的神经元电生理学特性。结果 培养的神经元胞体清晰 ,晕光明显 ,表达了多种电压门控和化学门控离子通道。结论 本实验方法简单、可靠 。
Objective To introduce a simple and well grown culture method of hippocampal neurons.Methods Hippocampal neurons were primarily cultured and its electrophysiology characters were observed after mature. Results Cultivated neurons were clear and expressed different voltage gated and chemical gated ion channels.Conclusion The method we introduce here is simple and trustable.Neurons kept the normal structure and function characters.
