摘要
近年来困境儿童社会保护呼声高涨,国家相关部门不断完善社会保护网络予以积极回应。文章以我国中西部农村一困境儿童为例,探讨现有社会保护机制发挥的作用,尝试找寻社会工作介入的方向和边界,对相关问题进行了讨论。
In recent years, the voice of social protection for children in distress is rising, and relevant departments of the state have been improving the social protection network to respond positively. Taking a troubled child in a rural area of central and western China as an example, this paper discusses the role of the existing social protection mechanism, tries to find the direction and boundary of social work intervention, and discusses relevant issues.
