摘要
艾哈德的社会福利思想主要体现在发展社会市场经济来增加大众福利,主体责任上强调自我负责,做大蛋糕比注重分配要重要。艾哈德社会福利思想中有两组关系是值得借鉴的,一是经济发展与社会福利的关系;二是主体责任与社会福利的关系。结合中国现阶段的国情,对艾哈德社会福利思想需要辩证地借鉴,发展经济是提供社会福利的主要工具,但也需要注重分配;社会福利体系需要注重主体责任划分,个人要承担责任,不能一味地对集体福利产生依赖,而当前政府主要关注的应该是弱势群体的利益。
Erhard's social welfare thought is mainly reflected in the development of social market economy to increase public welfare. The main responsibility emphasizes self-responsibility. It is more important to make big cake than to pay attention to distribution. There are two groups of relations in Erhad's social welfare thoughts that we should learn from. First, the relationship between economic development and social welfare;second, the relationship between subject responsibility and social welfare. Combining China's current national conditions, it is necessary to draw lessons from Ahmad's social welfare thoughts. Developing the economy is the main tool for providing social welfare, but it also needs to pay attention to distribution. The social welfare system needs to focus on the division of subject responsibility, and individuals must assume responsibility and cannot always rely on collective welfare. The current government’s main concern should be the interests of vulnerable groups.
