摘要
由于城市建设项目具有分布广、周期长、数量多的特点,建设单位对多项目全生命周期的管理工作任务繁重。为提升建设单位对多项目的管理效率,通过结合WebGIS、PostgreSQL、J2EE和Html5+CSS3等关键技术,以天津市管网公司为行业背景,开发了基于WebGIS的建设项目一张图管理系统,着重介绍系统中基础数据图层、项目GIS数据图层、现场照片、地图基本操作、项目条件查询、项目空间查询、项目详细信息查询等功能。通过将项目各阶段的信息整合到一张地图上,实现了项目数据的空间化与可视化,加强建设单位对项目的宏观把握,为后期规划及决策提供平台支持。
Because of the characteristics of wide distribution,long cycle and large number of urban construction projects, the management of multi-project life cycle is a heavy task for construction units. In order to improve the efficiency of multi-project management of construction units,a map management system for construction projects based on WebGIS is developed by combining the key technologies of WebGIS,PostgreSQL,J2EE and Html5+CSS3,taking Tianjin Pipeline Network Company as the industry background. The basic data layer,project GIS data layer,field photos,map basic operation,project condition query and items in the system are emphatically introduced.Functions such as inquiry of eyespace,inquiry of project details and so on. By integrating the information of each stage of the project into a map,the spatialization and visualization of the project data are realized,the macrocontrol of the project is strengthened,and the platform support for later planning and decision-making is provided.
