摘要
在合作社转型发展的背景下,对社员异质性的内涵特征重新解读的基础上,将社员异质性界定在包含6种资源禀赋的复合指标体系内,提出社员异质性的定量测定方法。以沅陵县王家岭合作社为案例,对社员异质性的平均水平、组合水平和综合水平进行定量测定。结果表明:同一合作社内部社员之间呈现显著的异质性特征,但社员异质性结构并不必然对合作社有正面或者负面的影响。提出鼓励不同要素的合作,充分利用异质性社员的资源禀赋优势,构建不同利益主体激励相容机制的对策建议。
Based on an analysis of the member homogeneity in the transformation and development of cooperatives,a complex system including 6 indexes of resource endowment was put forward.Next a quantitative method of measuring the member heterogeneity is adopted.Then based on the survey data of a cooperative in Yuanling County,a quantitative measurement method is carried out on the average index,composite index and composite index of membership heterogeneity.The results show significant differences in the members of the same cooperative.However,the heterogeneous structure of members does not necessarily have a positive or negative impact on cooperatives.Finally,suggestions were put forward including encouraging cooperation among different elements,making full use of the members’ resource endowment advantages,and constructing incentive compatibility mechanism for different interest subjects.
