摘要
随着能源行业的快速发展,加油加气站逐渐增多,但由于站点分散、站点设备繁多、监管难,传统运营方式面临巨大的压力。传统的加油加气站通过运用无线传输、云平台、大数据分析等技术,对其生产运营流程进行专业化、信息化、智能化监管,能够提升站点的智能化管理水平。笔者从加油加气站安全生产与基于物联网技术的设备运营监管的概念出发,系统阐述了站点设备运营的创新手段、监管平台组建方式、数据安全传输、设备故障报警以及智能处理方法等。
With the rapid development of the energy industry, the number of gas stations and gas stations is increasing gradually. However, due to the scattering of stations, the variety of station equipment and the difficulty of supervision, the traditional mode of operation is facing tremendous pressure. The traditional gas station and gas station can improve the intelligent management level of the station by using wireless transmission, cloud platform, big data analysis and other technologies to specialize, informationalize and intellectualize the production and operation process. Starting from the concepts of safety in production and equipment operation supervision based on Internet of Things, the author systematically expounds the innovative means of site equipment operation, the way of establishing supervision platform, data security transmission, equipment failure alarm and intelligent processing methods.
