摘要
高速公路上的交通事故大部分发生在隧道内,每年都导致大量的人员伤亡与经济财产损失。高速公路隧道行人及停车智能检测联动预警系统,是针对行人进入隧道、车辆异常停车等交通事件进行实时监测并立即进行处理措施的一套系统,可以大大地减少隧道内事故或二次交通事故的发生概率。笔者研究了该系统产生的背景与意义,系统的工作原理与架构,以及未来发展的目标与方向。
Most of the traffic accidents on highway occur in tunnels,causing a large number of casualties and economic property losses every year.The highway tunnel pedestrian and parking intelligent detection linkage early warning system is a system for real-time monitoring and immediate treatment of traffic incidents such as pedestrians entering tunnels and abnormal parking of vehicles,which will significantly reduce accidents in tunnels and the probability of secondary traffic accidents.This paper studies the background and significance of the system,the working principle and structure of the system,as well as the future development goals and directions.
