摘要
在中厚板企业生产过程中,翻板机是精整区域重要设备之一,通过横移装置将钢板输送到翻板机一侧翻板臂上,由电机驱动翻板机减速机,翻板机翻臂将钢板翻转180度,将钢板的下表面翻转为上表面,以便于质检人员检查钢板的下表面质量,同时也方便了操作工对钢板表面缺陷部位进行相应的修整。翻板机的出现大大提高了中厚板厂生产效率,但是翻板机翻臂在翻转过程中,会由于各种原因造成钢板边部和表面出现人为划伤缺陷,本文针对翻板机在翻板过程中不能精准控制到位,需要多次点动翻板臂造成钢板边部和表面出现划伤的情况,通过现场调研提出对翻板机进行变频器驱动,并对改造过程中出现的问题进行了详细阐述。
In the production process of medium plate, the turnover machine is one of the important equipment in the finishing area. The steel plate is transported to one side of the turnover arm of the turnover machine through the transverse device, and the speed reducer is driven by the motor. The turnover arm of the turnover machine turns the steel plate 180 degrees, and turns the lower surface of the steel plate to the upper surface, so as to facilitate the quality inspectors to inspect the steel plate. The appearance of the turnover machine greatly improves the production efficiency of medium plate mill, but the turnover arm will cause artificial scratches on the edge and surface of the steel plate due to various reasons in the process of turning over. In view of the fact that the turnover machine can not be accurately controlled in the process of turning over, it is necessary to jog the turnover arm several times to cause the edge and surface of the steel plate. In the case of scratches, it is proposed to drive the turnover machine by inverter control technology based on the field test, and the problems in the process of transformation are elaborated in detail.
