摘要
随着社会的发展,我国建筑工程数量增长的速度也得到了大幅度的提高,建筑工程的技术在不断地发展。建筑行业的迅速发展,需要更加科学的建筑工程造价管理方法为施工的质量和施工的速度提供保障。建筑工程造价管理对于建筑施工项目至关重要,对于推动建筑行业的发展具有非常重要的作用。因此,在实际的建筑项目建设过程中,管理者要充分认识工程造价管理的重要性。论文主要讲述了提高工程造价管理水平的思路与对策。
With the development of society,the growth rate of the number of construction projects in China has also been greatly improved,and the technology of construction projects is constantly developing. With the rapid development of the construction industry,more scientific construction cost management methods are needed to guarantee the quality and speed of construction. Construction project cost management is very important for construction projects,and plays a very important role in promoting the development of the construction industry. Therefore,in the actual construction process,managers should fully understand the importance of project cost management. This paper mainly describes the thoughts and countermeasures to improve the level of project cost management.
