摘要
高密度脉冲电流通过瞬间可诱导材料发生相变,通过改变电流施加方向探究不同相变阶段H59黄铜的晶粒取向以及形貌的演变机制。对其宏观织构分析可知,α相和β’相中织构组分强度发生变化,尤其当电流施加方向与轧向成不同角度时,最强织构组分及织构极密度水平都有所不同;对其形貌观察分析发现,相同电流密度作用下由于电流施加方向不同材料内部晶粒经历了不同的相变过程。
By changing the direction of current application during electric current passing,the evolution mechanism of grain orientation and microstructures during phase transformation induced by electric current pulses in H59 brass was investigated.The macroscopic texture analysis showed that the strongest texture components and texture density are different with the different angles between the current direction and the rolling direction.Combined with the microstructural observation,it could be found that the grains in different samples underwent a different phase transformation process due to the different current application direction.
