摘要
为了研究C9石油树脂对SBS改性沥青的影响,以C9石油树脂/SBS复合改性沥青为研究对象,采用荧光显微镜观察了其制备过程中微观结构的变化;用动态剪切流变仪评价了样品的流变性能.研究结果表明:C9石油树脂能促进SBS在沥青中均匀分散,改进SBS与沥青的相容性和产品储存稳定性,造成产品的软化点、135℃旋转黏度和复数剪切模量(G~*)升高,延度、针入度和相位角(δ)下降,提高了产品的抗老化性能.
In order to study the effect of C9 petroleum resin(C9 PR) on SBS modified asphalt, C9 PR/SBS composite modified asphalt was investigated. The microstructure and rheological properties of C9 PR/SBS composite modified asphalt were characterized by fluorescence microscope and dynamic shear rheometer. The results show that C9 PR can promote the uniform dispersion of SBS in asphalt, improve the compatibility of SBS with asphalt and the storage stability of SBS modified asphalt, increase the softening point, 135℃ rotational viscosity and complex shear modulus(G~*) of modified asphalt, reduce ductility, penetration and phase angle(δ). Meanwhile, the addition of C9 PR can improve the anti-aging performance of SBS modified asphalt.
