摘要
新时代有新的使命。实施乡村振兴战略,是党的十九大做出的重大决策部署,农商银行回归本源、专注主业,服务实体经济、践行普惠金融。在这个过程中,"合法合规、内控先行"的企业文化至关重要。本文从农商行面临的内外环境着手分析了建立、完善内控制度的必要性和迫切性,并给出了农商行内部控制体系建设的建议。
The new era has new mission.The implementation of rural revitalization strategy is a major decision made at the 19 th CPC national congress.Rural commercial bank should returns to its roots, focuses on its main business, serves the real economy and practices inclusive finance.In this process, the corporate culture of "legal compliance, internal control first" is crucial.This paper analyzes the necessity and urgency of establishing and perfecting the internal control system from the internal and external environment faced by rural commercial banks.It also gives some Suggestions on the construction of the internal control system of rural commercial bank.
