摘要
空气预热器广泛应用于燃煤电站锅炉,由于设计、安装、运行等多方面原因,非常容易发生着火烧损、烧毁等事故,给锅炉运行带来巨大威胁,同时给电厂带来巨大经济损失。结合某电站投油吹管过程中空气预热器烧损事故,分析事故原因,提出应对方案及预防措施,为其他机组调试及运行提供借鉴。
Air-preheater is widely used in the coal-fired power station boilers. It it very prone to fire damage accident due to various reasons such as design,installation and operation which brings a great threat to the boiler operation and great economic loss to the power plant. This paper introduces an air-preheater fire damage accident when steam blowpipe with diesel in a power plant.It analyzes the cause of the accident in detail and provides countermeasures which providing reference for the operation of the relevant units.
