摘要
研究了一种由丙醛工业废液制取草莓酸的方法。通过实验确定了以5%的NaOH溶液作为催化剂,与釜底液以体积比1∶5混合后,在100℃加热30 min后2-甲基戊烯醛的收率可达75.2%。在n(2-甲基戊烯醛)∶n(NaClO2)∶n(H2O2)=1∶1.26∶1.20,NaH2PO4-HCl为缓冲溶液,反应温度15℃的条件下反应60 min后,2-甲基戊烯酸的收率可达70.7%。
An approach was established for the transformation of propionaldehyde waste liquid to the strawberry acid. That is, 5% NaOH was used as a catalyst and was mixed with the bottom residue at a volume ratio of 1∶5, after heated at 100 ℃ for 30 min, 2-methylpentenal was obtained in 75.2% yield, which was further mixed with NaClO2 and H2O2 in a molar ratio of 1∶1.26∶1.41, after stirred at 15 ℃ in NaH2PO4-HCl buffer solution for 60 min, the yield of 2-methyl-2-pentenoic acid could reach up to 70.7%.
